Black Panther 2 is currently scheduled to be the first movie to be released in 2023, with its release date set for May 6th. The sequel was originally supposed to be released this year, but was delayed due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The film was written and directed by Ryan Coogler, the computer behind the original Marvel hit.
The sequel to Doctor Strange, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, is set to follow on July 8th. Directed and co-written by Sam Raimi, the film will pick up after the events of Avengers: Endgame. This movie is sure to be full of exciting twists and turns as it explores the multiverse.
Thor: Love and Thunder, the fourth movie to be released in 2023, is currently slated to come out on October 28th. Written and directed by Taika Waititi and based on the comic book storyline “The Mighty Thor”, this is sure to be a heart-pounding adventure.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be the fifth film in the Marvel 2023 lineup and will be released on December 22nd. Directed by Peyton Reed and starring Paul Rudd, the film will follow the adventures of Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne as they try to contain an emerging threat.
Captain Marvel 2, the sixth movie in the list, is set to be released on February 17th, 2023. Directed by Nia DaCosta, the film will most likely be based on the upcoming comic title “The End”.
Finally, the long-awaited Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is scheduled for a May 5th release. This installment of the franchise will be written and directed by James Gunn, who wrote and directed the first two movies.
