The third film in the series will be a sequel to the 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The film will be directed by Joaquim Dos Santos and is set to be released on April 8, 2022.
The fourth film in the series will be a spin-off focusing on the character of Morbius, which was first introduced in the 2019 film of the same name. The film will be directed by Daniel Espinosa and is set to be released on July 30, 2021.
The fifth film in the series will be a sequel to the 2019 film Spider-Man: Far From Home. The film will be directed by Jon Watts and is set to be released on November 5, 2021.
Sony Pictures has also announced that they are developing a variety of other spin-offs and sequels, including a film focusing on the character of Kraven the Hunter, which is set to be released in 2022.
